How we work

The card
travels with
your job

A printed job card follows the work from the counter to the press to your wall. It carries the deadline, the checks, who signed off and what changed — which is why we can tell you where your job is when you ring, instead of going to look for it.

01

Enquiry & estimate

Tell us the job, the size and the date. You get a written estimate with the rate broken down — not a lump sum.

02

Design & proof

Our designer sets the artwork and sends you a proof. Corrections are logged, and nothing prints until you confirm.

03

Quality check

Two checks before print — size, printing mark, resolution and mode — first by the designer, then by the office.

04

Print

Offset, digital or screen, chosen for the run length. Offset carries a 3% waste allowance, stated up front.

05

Execution on site

For flex and signage our own crew mounts it, and photographs the finished work in place.

06

Delivery & bill

GST tax invoice or a cash bill, whichever you need, with the balance and advance shown clearly.

3% offset
waste

Offset printing needs setup sheets before the colour settles, so a 3% waste allowance applies on offset runs. It is on our estimate before you agree to anything, rather than discovered at delivery — you are quoted for what actually gets made.
