Twenty years
of printing
RS Designs began printing marriage invitations for families along this coast, and word travelled the way it does in a district town — a card someone liked, a shop board someone noticed. Two decades later the invitation work is still what we are known for.
Today the business runs two divisions. OFFSET covers everything that comes off a press: invitation cards, visiting cards, bill books, pamphlets. ADS covers everything that goes up on a wall: flex, glow sign, vinyl and sunboard — designed here and mounted by our own crew.
The showroom at Gandhi Nagar, Ramanathapuram is where most customers come to us — it carries the full range, from invitations to shop boards. The original counter at Kilakarai still serves the coast. Between the two we cover the district, and 39 Google reviews average 4.8.

Our vision
To be the one shop Ramanathapuram district trusts with anything that carries its name — from a daughter's wedding invitation to the board above a shop front.
Our mission
- Design every job in our own studio, and never print until you have approved the proof.
- Quote in writing, itemised, so the price can be checked rather than taken on trust.
- Hold the delivery date we gave you, and say so early if anything threatens it.
- Mount our own signage, and photograph the finished work in place.
- Bill correctly — GST invoice or cash bill, whichever you actually need.
Who does what
Six desks,
one job card
Each team owns its stage of the job and hands it on with the card. Nothing crosses a desk without someone’s name against it.
Marketing & Sales
Takes the enquiry, prices the job and keeps you posted on the date.
Design
Sets the artwork, sends the proof and handles corrections until you confirm.
Printing
Offset, digital and screen, with the run chosen for the quantity.
Field work
Mounts flex and signage on site and photographs the finished work.
Purchase & Inventory
Keeps material on the shelf so a job is not held up waiting for stock.
Accounts
Estimates, GST invoices, cash bills and receipts.
